All 167 lots within Las Alturas pay a the same dues of $135 annually. Payment is due Jan 1 and considered "overdue" on Jan 31.
A lot transfer fee of $100 is assessed.
The same CC&Rs apply to all lots. CC&Rs are available on this website under the main menu "RULES".
The HOA does not own any property. The streets are owned and maintained by Pima County.
