Las Alturas Homeowners Association (HOA) Annual Dues

 

HOA Dues:

$135 per year.

Invoice is mailed to resident address.

If invoice is mailed in Dec, dues is due by Jan 31 of the following year.

If invoice is mailed in Jan, dues is due within 30 days of mailing. 


Dues Use:

Dues permit the Las Alturas Board of Directors to fulfill its charge as stipulated in the By-Laws to “provide for the management, maintenance and care of the Association property”. As defined in the CC&Rs, dues support action to promote the preservation and architectural control of property and the health, safety and welfare of the owners. Specifically, dues may be used for professional fees such as legal, accounting, and web services incurred in the enforcement of deed restrictions as well as improvements to roads and certain maintenance to areas within the set-backs adjacent to Pima County roads. Also, dues support expenses associated with the annual meeting and periodic events for the benefit of the Association.


Community:

As a ‘non-planned’ community, the HOA does not own or maintain property outside of the County setbacks. The Las Alturas Board of Directors is a noncompensated, volunteer assembly elected annually by the resident members and serving at their behest to fulfill the responsibilities of the HOA Articles of Incorporation.
